Today’s fetish letter was a difficult one. All I could think of was isolation. This could also be known as subspace. This is brief and to the point blogmas today as it is testing on the brain as to what to write about without repeating myself too many times.

Lateral Flow home test (pack of 7)
You need To Take This Seriously…
So I have decided to do a blog on this so I can point you in the direction of this so I don’t have to keep repeating myself. I’m not against mentioning to everyone that contacts me about home testing but it’s better to read about and then you will get all the information correctly. Then you can go back to it if you have to recap.
First Aid Kit Essentials…
As I think everyone should have a lateral flow home test pack of 7 in their first aid kit with the plasters and antiseptic cream (but not everyone does, unfortunately).
My Pandemic Rules…
So my pandemic rules apply to everyone that is new or I have not seen for a length of time goes as follows…
If you are a brand new client that I have not met before…

If you do not have a pack of home tests go to https://maps.test-and-trace.nhs.uk/ There you will be able to sign in and they will give you a code to take to your local chemist so you can collect your tests. When you have them please send me a photo of them by email.
- 3 days before your appointment I require you to take a home test and send me the result in a photo to my email.
- Then do the same again on the morning of your appointment. I will do the same for you on the morning of your appointment also.
If You Are A Regular Client…
If you have seen me multiple amounts of times then there is a certain level of trust already there on both sides. I would trust in you that if you had any symptoms of anything that you postpone your appointment to save me from falling ill and of cause I would do the same for you.
If I have not seen you for a while then i would expect you to oblige in taking a test on the morning of your arranged appointment and send me the results in a photo form Whatsapp, email, or normal text.
If you do not agree to do what I request…
If this sounds like a lot of work to you then I’m sorry you are not the client for me and I’m not the mistress for you.
I have had to say goodbye to many clients through the lockdowns because they were bored or were just thinking of themselves.
Yes, the lockdown was there for a reason, so abide by it.
I Am Extremely Serious About my Testing…
Life is too short to not care. If I am at home not seeing anyone/no appointments then I will take a test after my last client and if I have been shopping I will take another one to make sure.
There is no need to take a test if it’s just me and the cats and I’m not seeing anyone. If i have my normal 3 appointments a week I do the same for the client as they will do for me. I will send them my test result as well.
I have had some clients contact me and refuse to take a test as they are not ill. So all I can say to that is “Sorry you are not my type of client. Good luck on your search but do be careful in the future who you meet and how you meet them”.
It is so unfortunate we have to do all of this now but I will not be able to understand people that don’t regularly home test and wear face masks in closed-in shops.
This May Be Controversial…
I hate to say this but they are just very selfish people. I’m sorry if this is a controversial subject but I am very strict on this. Even people that have been fully vaccinated are still catching the viruses. Does that not tell everyone something!!!!!
I am not going to continue this blog for too much longer as I can talk for ages on the subject because I am very passionate about keeping my health.

So I will leave you with this thought “If you do not have respect for yourself by looking after yourself with masks and tests etc then that shows what a kind of person you are and you are not welcome to visit me”.

Wow, This one was a test between Humiliation, hoods, hooks yes I know that they all come under BDSM but if you have an interest in one particular thing then that becomes an individual niche/fetish for you.
One Of My Favourite Fetishes…
Now as I have been in the industry a long time I have a fetish for all of them in totally different ways but I did pick Hooks as my favorite out of the 3 choices.
Hood, Collar, and Hook
It’s because they are different. Not everyone likes them but they can be used in so many different ways.
Just because they look gruesome doesn’t mean they have to be. Although you see in the image in this blog this is a mouth hook and nose hook.
If someone wants to be restricted in a way of speech deprivation these little beauties are perfect for that job.
As we are at the height of the pandemic (unfortunately) I have not had the opportunity to use them as much (due to hygienic values). I am always very tip-top on hygiene and cleaning all my equipment (in boiling water etc as guidelines tell me to) but because viruses can be carried from one to the next I always like you to have your own implements.
If you have been to visit me or would like to become a regular client and have these implements involved in your session you will need to arrange with me to have your own.
This is quite simple. If you pay for them in advance I will order them for you and they will be here for you for your next appointment.
I have a few clients that have already done this and I keep your things separate in a box or bag (depending on how much you have) so that it is safe and clean away from other clients’ things.
The other option is that you bring the items with you to each session. Either option, I am fine with it.
Other Options How To Use Hooks…
I have recently had hooks installed in my ceiling in my Dungeon/BDSM Room. This is for the leather
Hook, Cuff. Latex Hood, Chastity, Leash Restriction
swing that I use for suspension sessions. I have also found that the hook in the ceiling doesn’t only have to be for that.
It can be for restricting subs that like to be punished with suspension, even full weight off the floor. This could mean Japanese Rope Art but that’s a different fetish to talk about another time.
As long as you are under 20 stone (that’s the ceiling hooks capacity) then you can be suspended in whatever position I care to put you in. Depending on your health obviously. So as you see Hooks arent that unfriendly as people think they are.

It has been a while but I have been extremely busy all in all. I really can’t afford to be writing a new blog (time is of the essence) but I would like to let you know about the new additions to my Fetish Dungeon that maybe you can enjoy someday.

The reason I have bought these things and had them erected in my fetish photo studio Is that I want to place them on my shop on Lucy’s Fetish Closet website that I’m still working on.
It is so much fun finding amazing things to show you. A lot of stress and a lot of time is being spent doing all this homework but it will be worth it in the long run.
I have found anything from erotic biscuit cutters to chastity cages or even a full leather heavy-duty restriction bag with an attachable heavy-duty hood to match.
I found out it was better to have the hood that’s not attached to the main part of the sack as then it can be used with the different hoods if need be.

Perfectionist…
I have found I have become more of a perfectionist with this 2nd website than I have with this one. I know I have not designed this one and it was sculpted by a professional website designer (Thank you, Peter, much appreciated) but I have put a fair bit of content in it.
As it is with everyone, we have to start off at the bottom (excuse the pun), and as we get more confident and much more experienced we can if we wish go on and expand to big and better things.
Don’t worry I am not giving up this website, far from it. This is my early years of becoming a mistress. Without this website, I would not be what I am today.
Grateful…
I can’t believe it has been 14 years that I have been in this industry. As I say we all have to start somewhere and I am grateful for all the experiences I have gone through to get me here today.
Patience…
One of the things I have learnt and that is patience. Woweee building a website and especially my own has proved that I don’t know when to be happy.
I have been advised to build it basic and then add on to it from there on. I just find more amazing things to ad on. I’m like a child in a candy shop.
As I mentioned earlier, I have become a perfectionist in more ways than one. I know I can not learn everything overnight but I want your experience to be fantastic and not disappointing.
Maybe you come across a small mistake that makes you think I have failed at producing a so-called fabulous website that everyone has waited so long to see.
Being a Lone Trader…
Doing everything on my own is tough. I have learnt many things in these months since I started putting my thoughts into a project but having to trust someone with all the work I have done would be heart-wrenching.

I was speaking with a friend the other day and he was telling me about the same worries he had. His were on a much larger scale but still in the same context.
Having to give up a very successful business through no fault of his own. Contracts falling through because of the economy changing.
Then his workers not being satisfied even when he was practically giving them the shirt off his back. In the end, he decided to give it all up and work alone.

Being the only one in your company has its benefits and disadvantages.
Benefits – You can work when you want and do what you want.
Disadvantages – Saying no to clients is difficult in some trades. In the back of your mind, you don’t know when the next job is going to be with you.
Although now it’s catch 22 for my friend. As he is so particular and perfect in the way he does things he has become very popular.
Word and mouth have spread and everyone wants him. It’s great to be in demand but only to a certain level.
There is only a certain amount of hours in the day. Only a certain amount of appointments he can take in 1 day.
Now it has got enough work to cover him for 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for the next 3 months.
Conundrum… Does he take on help or not? That is the question.
Relating…
I can totally understand what he was saying to me because if I’m not careful I could be in the same situation.
Being self-employed is very tough sometimes. What I am is slightly different. Although if i took everyone that contacted me for an appointment I would be similar.
Lockdown and the past couple of years have made me think as it has done with most of us. As I take actual appointments I need to have multiple streams of income and not rely on meeting appointments.
Don’t get me wrong I do enjoy sharing my skill and enjoyment with all of you but the pandemic has really tarnished it.
Before all this pandemic situation started I was not apprehensive of meeting new clients. Now it’s like I have to ask a string of questions even before I think about inviting anyone to visit me. It’s a must and unfortunately not my fault.
Social Media…
So as you see, my absence on social media has been me sitting around doing nothing as some people tend to think and have mentioned.
It’s been far from it. I have a list of things to do around the house and in the garden etc that I really want to do (D.I.Y is my hobby) but I don’t have the time.
If I do, then the website sits waiting for another day. Trust me I annoy myself. I am more excited to get it launched than anyone on this planet.
As I know what I want to achieve and I know I can do it, I want it launched yesterday. Until it is at a standard that is flowing I will not launch it.
Now I know why e-commerce websites are so expensive to build with professional website developers. Then it is the basics that they give you.
As then I have to have my personal touch to make me mine.

So what you see on this website has been at least 4 or more years of work. Not constant just bits and pieces here and there but it has still taken time.
Mmmmm maybe I will become a website developer once I get over the tribulations of building Lucys Fetish Closet.

This may seem like a very direct question but it is a question that a lot of people lack confidence in this subject.
They keep it secret for their own personal reason but doing this could make you lose out on fun times with your partner.
Confidence is a necessary thing to have in all you do. I say this because if you are not happy in general with your partner then they could lose interest in your relationship.
I have been mistressing for 14 years (time flies when you’re having fun) and throughout that time I have learnt a lot about relationships.

As most of you know I have been working on sculpting my establishment to accommodate my appointments as much as can for some time now.
The Barbers Dungeon 21/04/21
As the years have passed by I have been getting more niche-type appointments instead of ‘a bit of everything’ appointments as like other mistresses who may be more comfortable doing a bit of everything.
I do very much prefer niche appointments as then I know what to prepare for. In the past, I have always looked at other dungeons and guided my decoration from their designs but never been totally happy with it.
So over the last lockdown, I have put a bit of me into the area and made the space into what I feel comfortable playing in.
Don’t get me wrong, playing to some people means totally the opposite to my type of fun. When I mean play I mean controlling my sub and slaves in outfits that make them tremble at the knees and quiver in their subspace of fantasy.
So here are a few photos of my dream barbers Dungeon. It still has a little bit to be finished but as one of my clients that knows me for around 10 years said “You will never finish decorating. As when you have finished one project your mind will wonder about another” and that is so true.
The Dark Side That Could Be Darker…
At the end of the day, it’s only lighting and a different wallpaper to change the scenery and ambiance.

A good percentage of my clients are respectful and if they have any symptoms of any kind and they think is out of the normal they are respectful enough to postpone their appointment untill they are fit and well again.

Good afternoon Sweetie,
I hope you are well and have kept well over the few months that have passed.
Now how do I start…It’s been a little while since I last spoke to you but after 5 months of lockdown, we are now on the first or second stage ( don’t know which stage we are in but I know it’s either of them) of a slightly better life. Although Monday the 12th April people went a little bit crazy on the celebrating and I just hope that does send us plummeting back into another lockdown again.
I have been extremely busy with burring my head in the website business as like before. I am plodding through it but the thing that is slowing me down is perfection.
I’m not saying it has to perfect in a professional way but perfect in my way. As the years have gone past I have become a perfectionist in certain things and my mistressing and career (which really I can call it that now) are definitely one of those things that I am particular in.
I feel that I owe a lot to you. As without you, I wouldn’t be where I am today. You’ve helped me grow my confidence in many areas that once upon a time I wouldn’t even try to attempt, let alone succeed in my dreams.
The new website has also helped me decide to be the true me. I still am Mistress Lucy but to do business you can not have anything to hide.
So that is why you will see in many places I will be my own name and answer to my real name. I will say one thing though… if you want to session with me I must be known as Mistress Lucy and stay as Mistress Lucy or lucy on a friendlier point.
It puts me in the right frame of mind as trying to switch at the flick of a button is possible but you won’t get the best out of me that way.
A few people in the past because they have seen my real name on my email address they have addressed as that. I have been very annoyed with them back then.
This is why I say you need to address me as you mean to go on.
So I thought I would keep you updated with is going on with me at the moment. Many have thought I have given up mistressing because I have not been on social media so much lately.
I am still here but the website takes up so much time, you wouldn’t believe.
At one point I was working nocturnally for a good few weeks. This was because I would get into what I was doing and just continue on till my eyes would refuse to stay open anymore.
I did know at some point in the previous weeks that were getting closer to now that I would have to get back into a normal (I’m never normal lol) but a going to bed at 12 midnightish and getting up at 9amish ( i say ish because some times it was earlier and sometimes it was a little later). So I would be in routine for taking my appointments again.
So Monday 12th April arrives, the week starting back taking appointments….
It felt a little strange I will admit. I felt like a beginner again. I have moved my upstairs around to benefit the popularity of my appointments so everything was in a different place. Finding out where things were was a bit daunting ( like in someone else’s Dungeon) but i familarised myself with everything fairly quickly.
I was lucky as my first appointment was a gent i had known for a while and he wasn’t too hardcore. A little chatting whilst a trim of the outgrown hairstyle he was wearing and then mild tie and tease to satisfy his needs.
I always go with the flow. If you have a checklist in your mind and then the body language doesn’t agree with what you are doing it needs to change to accommodate his happy side of kinky.
I only take 1 appointment a day. As i prefer to take 2-3 hour appointments. Then if it goes overtime then it’s not a problem.
I don’t do what I do for only tribute but bills need to be paid. So this is why I say if it goes over time because we are enjoying ourselves (or i’m enjoying myself teasing you lol) we can carry on and I won’t ask or expect any more tribute.
I will say…Many have gifted me with extra tribute and actual gifts but that is completely down to you. I am not demanding in any way and do not expect it.
The rest of the week was my long-term eager clients/friends that were desperate for haircuts and another pair of hands on them in whatever way I chose to do so.
Being used to my own time for the past 5 months or longer has made me do as I please. Having appointments does give me a routine as I’m sure you agree.
I now truly know that mistressing is in my blood. I knew that before but the experience over the years has made me realize that I will never change.
The sad news of Prince Philip’s passing has made me also realize that I may have Mistress Lucy engraved on my headstone.
‘Mistress Lucy a powerful but hard businesswoman, that wouldn’t take any backchat from anyone. She will be missed but will be tattooed on every heart that she has punished’.
I’m not being down on the subject but just being reflective. As we all have a good thing or 2 that we would like to be remembered for.

I have decided to change my blogs a little. Addressing it as if its a message to yourself seems a little quirky, don’t your think? 😏
So if you have been trying to contact me lately I’m sorry I have not replied or replied as quickly as I normally would.
The website that I am presently putting together is taking up more of my time than I imagined.
Take a look if you wish to but it has got a coming soon page on it. So I can hide it from you until I am happy.
I would like to have a big launch day that will unveil it in all its glory. So you can look through it and let it unleash all the emotions you could possibly experience 😏
It’s extremely interesting but very time-consuming. So if your not web savvy then like me before, I used to ask my web designer “can you change this for me please?” and expecting it to be done in 10 minutes it’s not always the case.
Now I have learnt more about it I am learning to respect him more and when we talk I.T as your call it 😆 (ark at me as if I know what I am talking about) I understand more of what he is saying.
So I do apologize for not responding but if you want to get through to me quicker then please text me and then we can arrange to talk if need be.
Appointments are literally resting on the lockdown rules but saying that when I do resume bookings I will only be taking my regulars for the first couple of months at least.
I would love to take everybody’s appointment but I am still very cautious of peoples were abouts and how much connection they have had with everyone else if you know what I mean.
Sorry to be short and sweet but I just wanted you to know that I am still Mistress Lucy and I haven’t neglected you but if I could lengthen the number of hours in the day to 36 or 48hours that would be very convenient.

Now for the clients that have known me for all of my mistress career or longer would know about my dream of having my own Barbers/hairdressers.
04/12/20 Mistress Lucy’s Fetish Barbers
I would of mentioned how my ideas would of got me shut down by the authorities before it was open day.
Reason being that my ideas would be and never are regular ideas for a high street shop.
For as long as i could remember i have always had a kinky mind in one way or another and putting my career and fetish together seems a blooming good idea to me.
This past year has brought nothing but heart ache and sorrow to a lot of people. It has also given us lots of time to think ‘what does the future hold for us?’
We have all had to change our 5 and 10 year plans and also our retirement. I say that because I’ve just turn 48 years old last month (November), so now is a good time to think about it.
Its time to think out of the box and about what will stand you in good stead for the long haul instead of what is a regular type of job that will help you out just for now.
Just for now jobs wont care about you when there’s continuous lockdowns or another major recession. Businesses are running out of money to keep paying their employees and the government are wearing thin on spare funds.
So to think outside the box and working for yourself (self employment) means going out of your uncomfortable zone and maybe doing something that is unlike you.
You never know until you try…
I’m not saying to do something wrong but something that has longevity and will bring you in a regular income how ever small or big.
Regular income is a must to keep our heads above water and the arrears people from sending constant reminders through your letter box.
Unemployment wouldn’t be so high if this is how everyone thought.
At one point i thought my top floor studio was working great for me with such a large open area and plenty of space to do as i please but i was finding that my appointments were swaying more to certain fetishes than others.
When national lockdown was talked about i decided to make use of my second self employment fund and divide the area up into sections that would work much better for my appointments and enable me to expand in what i could do.
Before, i had many a idea run through my head but the pandemic had always put road blocks in my way to complete and make it work.
04/12/20 Mistress Lucy’s Fetish Barbers
So with the spare time i felt it was a perfect to put my plan into action.
To many females the thought of picking up an electrical chop or circular saw to do some wall building would sound like to much of nail breaking work for them, not to me. I keep my nails short for that reason.
When all my renovation’s are finished then i will go back to painted long nails…maybe.
It wasn’t that hard work really and plus i enjoy it.
As the days and weeks passed and i could see the project coming together. It was very heart warming to know that i was getting closer to my dream then ever before.
To a normal person, what is normal these days? to say about the world of hairdressing fetishes they would not understand but to a hairdressing kinster you could say what ever you liked to them about the fetish and they would understand completely.
Clippers to setting rollers or capes to hairdressers outfit it all triggers off a emotion.

To all who have been following my journey through the years, you would of seen my website progression and what a fabulous success it has been. I’m not a film star yet lol but I’m happy what it has given me.
My web designer Peter is a master at his trade and without his help I would not of got this far, thank you Peter your a star.
I think I mentioned a couple or months ago that I am now looking at starting a membership website because this one has restrictions on what I can post in my photography galleries due to no login page.
Every website has rules and limitations granted but at least if you have to login then you have to be of a certain age to do so etc then that will give me a free reign to an extent to post more interesting content.
Also I’m hoping to be able to post videos as well as photos for a small charge. As I am fed up having to cut the costs with other websites and ending up with hardly anything for all the work I put into it.
This is something I will converse with peter about but I’m sure it is possible in one way or the other.
Something else I want to mention…
I am not going to go on about this too much as I know everyone is getting tired of what is going on in the world right now but unfortunately it is ruling our lives. More than what we ever wanted.
As from today I have decided I will not be taking physical meeting appointments for the time being. I have had to cancel 3/4 of my appointments this month.
Either because the pandemic has hit their work and they are frightened of contracting and spreading it or the 3 tier/lockdown has forced them to stay away.
The main thing is, I have kept healthy and virus free all this year and I intend to stay that way. So if I have to put appointments on hold for now then I’m afraid that’s what I will do.
I am still available for phone chat and video calls on WhatsApp and skype if you wish but not to meet.
